Bonus poem of the day

The stranger

176f326b47aa3845a641cdf5cb43e6a9

A drunken fool,

called wise by those

who didn’t know the genesis

of his words

that were with grief and sorrow full.

A lunatic,

given as a genius

by those who saw him name stars

in the bright day skies,

in the moonless nights full of starless lights.

A soft eyed man

that saw death, misery and betrayal

a world without mercy nor compassion,

smiling upon harsh opinions of humankind.

A stranger,

that speaks softly

for bearing a screaming soul…
