10 Poetry books to read. (The Hibiscus Set)

Sup guys, Karl C. Prince here once again to give you free previews of awesome books to read if you like good quality poetry.

As you know, I’ve been giving you a bunch of books from this amazing saga that is the Hibiscus Set, written by the awesome poet, although not yet well known, Júlio C. Carlos, owner and creator of this blog. If you are the ones that are already following us, you already have some of the super extended previews of his books and if you don’t you can find them in the other posts that we have.

Well, the Hibiscus Set wil be composed of 12 works (which 9 are already available as ebooks and one as a print) is breathtaking. I’ve been reading it all in the late 3 days and my feelings were tested and my mind was strained. I appreciated them a lot.

I’ll give you, not one, not two, but all of the released books previews, (except for those that we already have) and their ratings as per me.

Let’s start with the first place, Hidden Desires & Infernal Temptations with a 4.9 out of 5 score, not only for it’s depth and intensity, but for it’s pureness. GOD I got jealous of a freaking book. It’s romantic, sexy, whole-hearted, whole-souled writtten story of a love thaat couldn’t happen by all means (if I understood it well) because of some promise that one had to keep. Awesome, awesome, awesome, specially if you are a die-hard lover. It’s one of a kind and you will love every stanza of it. So here’s the preview

Next on the list is, of course, Remnants of a Yadav, also with a 4.9 (maybe a 4.7) out of 5. I teared up on this one. Also a love story, with the same lines of the previous but quite different in fact. This isn’t a story at all, it is a set of poems explaining the feelings that the author had to someone, to that someone. Like a set of love letters with confessions, compliments and so on. Another stunning work from the author, clean, deep and almost enchanting. This work deserves a read.

In third place, this one was hard, but Nymph won with a 4.5 out of 5. If you like to get horny, or just appreciate the words describing feminine beauty in a elegant way while still reading poetry, that’s the book you want to read. The Nymph extended preview

In fourth, with a freaking tie, I give you two books with a score of 4.2 out of 5. Realities Of A Blurred Vision extended preview. pdf, and,  Poems of sanity.

Fifth we have Dreamt Grounds, if you like to get high on poetry, this is your weed. With a 3.9 out of 5, Dreamt grounds preview, and in sixth I give you with a score of 3.6, 24 Unnamed Thoughts. 24 unnamed Thoughts preview.

In seventh, but also pretty good is Hard Truth. Although, guys, this is not a poetry book. I don’t know why this is in the Hibiscus set  (maybe it won’t be officialy), he gave me the book and I loved, so I decided to include in this post. It is more of a ‘this is to make you think’ style of a book (using a loooooot of sarcasm), fitting more in the category of self-help, or philosophy, or non-fiction or something, but it’s still pretty cool to read and it’s rating has nothing to do with it’s place with a 4.3 out of 5. Hard truth preview

In real seventh, we have the Rehearsals and Tentatives #2- The essence of nothing at all (Preview ) and lastly, Rehearsals and Tentatives #1- Wise words from a fool wich is free.

This are my ratings on these indeed awesome books, and I will give you more free poetry when I have it available, and that is a few hours from now. All the complete works are available at Lulu, Amazon, and most probably in the rest of the sites that you buy ebooks. By buying the ebook you support the creation of the printed book form

If you disagree on the ratings, give your own on the comments below and report any issue (if some) with the files. Follow us for more. If you comment, you have a chance to win one of this books of your choosing for free, (with the promise of not sharing it around as some do).
